Shatrughan Sinha BREAKS silence on Kumar Vishwas’ cryptic comment on Sonakshi Sinha’s interfaith marriage with Zaheer Iqbal and Mukesh Khanna’s statement – See inside | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

A few days ago, Mukesh Khanna dropped a comment on Sonakshi Sinha’s upbringing as the actress couldn’t answer a question on ‘Ramayana’ on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati‘. Sonakshi Sinha slammed him and responded to it. Khanna also responded after Sonakshi’s reaction and said that he regretted it and will be careful about making such statements in the future. While that matter ended there, poet Kumar Vishwas dropped a cryptic comment on Sonakshi’s interfaith marriage with Zaheer Iqbal.
During a poetry event at Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, Kumar Vishwas said, “Ek sanket de raha hoon, jo samajh jayein unki taliyan uthtein. Apne bachhon ko Ramayan padhwayi aur Geeta sunwayi. Anya tha aisa na ho ki aapke ghar ka naam to ‘Ramayan’ ho aur aapke ghar ki Shree Lakshmi ko koi aur uthakar le jaye.” (Teach your children the names of Sita Ji’s sisters and Lord Ram’s brothers. Take a hint from this – teach them the Ramayana and make them listen to the Gita. Otherwise, even though your house is named ‘Ramayana,’ someone else might take away the ‘Shree Lakshmi’ of your household.)”
Politicians Surendra Rajput and Supriya Srinate took to social media and slammed Vishwas for his comments. They boldly responded to him. Now Shatrughan Sinha has finally broken silence on the entire matter. He shared details of all the events which took place and added the responses of everyone in his tweet for everyone’s perusal.
Sinha wrote, “For your perusal, understanding & appreciation forwarding here a recent episode of statements,actions & counter reactions by/on the apple of our eye #SonakshiSinha who always has my full support, love & blessings. Must say she has handled the matter wisely, timely & very well. Her response has been highly appreciated & applauded. Extremely touched by the gesture, great response, by some of our beautiful friends. especially our favorite friend learned, ace spokesperson, Congress party/country @ssrajputINC & also by ‘wonder woman’ woman of substance @SupriyaShrinate whose oratory is matchless – she comes out with unbeatable logic, has also responded in a very deserving & highly appreciated manner”

Sonakshi and Zaheer tied the knot in a registered ceremony on June 23 at their house in Mumbai.
