Sharmila Tagore, Soha Ali Khan visit Saif Ali Khan at Lilavati Hospital after shocking attack; watch video

Saif Ali Khan’s mother and yesteryear diva Sharmila Tagore visited her son at the Lilavati hospital. She was joined by her daughter, actress Soha Ali Khan. Saif was stabbed multiple times during an attempted robbery at his home on Thursday. He sustained some major injuries on the back of his neck, near the right shoulder, left side of the back, and near the wrist and elbow of the left hand.

Saif Ali Khan was taken to the Lilavati Hospital by a member of his domestic staff, as per reports.
An unknown man entered Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s house on 2:30 am on Thursday. When he argued with their domestic help, Saif tried to pacify him but was stabbed. Mumbai Police are investigating the matter and has shared the first visual of the suspected attacker from the CCTV camera in the stairs on their building.
An FIR was lodged at the Bandra Police Station. The caretaker, who works at the actor’s house,revealed that the attacker demanded Rs 1 crore during the robbery. It was further revealed that the National Award-winning actor was attacked with a wooden object and a hexa blade. The entire incident has raised questions about the security standards in Mumbai.
On Thursday night, Kareena Kapoor requested for privacy at this sensitive time for the family. Her Instagram note read, “It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded. As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from the relentless speculation and coverage.”
